| Prior to founding WorkLight, Mr. Kaminitz was a Venture Partner at Gemini Israel Funds. Previously, he was the CEO at Joya Technologies and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Carmel Ventures. Earlier, Mr. Kaminitz spent ten years at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), where he founded the company’s E-business Applications Group. |

Bernard Dallé – Board Member |
| Mr. Bernard Dallé is a Partner at Index Ventures, which he joined in 1997. His areas of investment focus currently include enterprise infrastructure, applications and services. Mr. Dallé serves as a Director for several companies including Dimdim, Evolven, Pentaho, OpenX, Optier, StorSimple, WorkLight. |
| Prior to joining Index, he spent six years with McKinsey & Company and Procter & Gamble. While with Procter & Gamble, Mr. Dallé was responsible for the implementation of financial, accounting and logistics ERP systems. |
| He has a MSc. in Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and a MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Business. |
| Eddy Shalev – Board Member |
| Mr. Eddy Shalev is the Founder and Managing Partner of Genesis Partners, a leading Israel venture capital fund with more than $500 million under management. He is widely-recognized as a pioneer of Israel’s investment banking and venture capital industry. |
| Mr. Shalev has been an active private-equity investor since 1992, when he began a private equity investment program that invested in early-stage Israeli high-tech companies, including Fundtech, Paradigm Geophysical and Orbot Instruments. Beginning in 1985, he led the Israeli affiliates of Oscar Gruss and Sons Inc., and then CIBC-Oppenheimer, where he directed corporate banking, sales and trading, and equity research for Israeli companies traded on NASDAQ. |
| Mr. Shalev also co-founded the Mofet Israel Technology Fund, one of Israel's first venture capital firms. He holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BA in Statistics, both from Tel Aviv University. |

| Formerly a Partner at Evergreen, Ms. Segev-Gal brings with her a great deal of expertise in the software investments, as well as strong Venture Capital experience. During her tenure at Evergreen, she has led investments in and served on the boards of: Traiana, Identify (acquired by BMC), Actona (acquired by Cisco), Varonis, Item Field (acquired by Informatica), Aduva (acquired by Sun). |
| Prior to that, Ms. Segev-Gal served as Vice-President of Business Development at BRM Technologies, and on the investment committee of Koor Technologies. She also founded and managed Kidum Multimedia, a software company focused on 3-D technologies, that was acquired by SEA in 1997. |

| Shlomo Kramer – Board Member |
| In 2006, Shlomo Kramer was selected by Network World magazine as one of 20 luminaries who changed the network industry. Prior to founding Imperva in 2002, Mr. Kramer was a co-founder of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. He served in various executive roles for Check Point through 1998, and as a member of the board of directors of Check Point from the time of the Company's inception until 2003. |
| A pioneer in the Internet security market, while at Check Point, Mr. Kramer played a key role in defining and creating several category defining products and solutions, including FireWall-1, VPN-1, FloodGate-1, Check Point's OPSEC alliance and Check Point's security appliance program. |
| After leaving Check Point, he participated as an early investor and board member in security and enterprise software companies such as Business Layers, ForeScout Technologies, and Digital Fuel. Mr. Kramer received a Masters degree in Computer Science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. |

| Mr. Rakesh Loonkar is the President of Trusteer. Prior to Trusteer Rakesh was the Vice President of North American Sales at NetScreen Technologies (acquired by Juniper Networks) where he was responsible for the team that included Enterprise and Channel Sales as well as Systems Engineering. At NetScreen, Rakesh's team was responsible for over $120m of revenue with a quarterly bookings growth rate of more than 15%. |
| Prior to NetScreen, Rakesh was the co-founder of OneSecure (acquired by NetScreen) and served as its founding CEO and Vice President of Business Development and International Sales. Prior to OneSecure, Rakesh was the co-founder and CEO of InfoSolv, a San Francisco based security integrator. Rakesh is an investor in Palo Alto Networks, Securent, Mu Security, and Mi5 Networks. |
