Mobile Infrastructure Developer (Shefayim, Israel)
Role Description
The developer will be part of a team responsible for Worklight’s mobile client technology, which allows the development of rich applications that will run on multiple environments, including mobile (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone), tablets (iPad, etc.), web and desktop environments. The role involves integrating with mobile client environments using various technologies such as Objective-C, mobile Java APIs, .Net, some server-side Java development and the creation of JavaScript libraries.
The successful candidate needs to have passion for internet, mobile & client-side technologies.
Qualifications and Requirements
    B.Sc. in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
    At least 3 years hands-on development experience
    Experience in Java SE & Java EE (J2EE)
    Experience in Web development including the use of established JavaScript frameworks
    Advantage: proven client-side development expertise 
    Strong advantage: experience in smartphone development (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry or Windows Phone)
Platform QA Engineer (Shefayim, Israel)
Role Description
Responsibilities for this position include product functionality testing, exercising API's and component combinations, and performing UI testing. Maintaining and extending test coverage along with usage of appropriate tools, utilities and automation scripts that assist in functional testing and to create test data.
Proven team player who goes beyond the boundaries of the QA organization to solicit information and direction for improving processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
    At least 4 years of QA experience
    Knowledge in QA methodologies and practices
    Experience with testing of client-server applications
    Development experience in object oriented languages or mobile application development
    Ability to work independently in an agile environment 
    Advantages: Past experience in agile methodologies such as “Scrum” and testing of mobile applications 
Note: The position requires API testing experience. Candidates who do not have some development experience will not be considered.
Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Accounts (New York, NY)
Role Description
We are looking for an exceptional, experienced senior account executive with a proven track record of results selling high end enterprise mobile software to large corporate accounts. This role offers excellent uncapped earning potential, significant room for future growth and reports directly to the VP of Sales. Worklight provides an outstanding opportunity for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
    Identify, qualify and close new business sales opportunities within new large enterprise accounts by demonstrating a consultative sales approach. 
    Exceed the sales plan and business objectives by successfully selling Worklight’s products and services into a designated vertical or geographic sales territory.
    Partner with the IBM WebSphere Sales Team to leverage their account penetration and existing relationships by expanding the overall IBM solution to include the Worklight Mobile Platform.
    Partner with the IBM Sales Team to manage the commercial relationship with the prospect during the full sales cycle. Actively lead the resolution of customer issues to ensure their satisfaction and a successful outcome to the sale.
    Engage technical resources, as appropriate, to ensure the company overcomes any technical arguments in the sales cycle.
    Develop trusted relationships at senior management level in customer organizations and develop and maintain their confidence by understanding the role of a Mobile Application Platform in helping them to achieve their business objectives through an enterprise mobile strategy.
    Develop and maintain relationships internally (including throughout the IBM sales force) and ensure a high level of teamwork and collaboration with support staff and other functions within the company.
    Coordinate and deliver timely, accurate and quality information, as required to meet sales goals. Track and forecast revenue in line with company format and procedures. 
Required
    At least 5 years experience in enterprise software sales experience gained selling complex, multi-discipline, high value ($500,000+) solutions into large enterprise accounts and a track record of overachievement.
    At least 4 years experience in First-hand knowledge of the mobile enterprise application market. Alternatively high-end enterprise software experience and a good understanding of the mobile enterprise application market.
    Readiness to travel 50% travel annually.
    English: Fluent.
Preferred
    Bachelor's Degree.
    At least 10 years experience in enterprise software sales experience gained selling complex, multi-discipline, high value ($500,000+) solutions into large enterprise accounts and a track record of overachievement.
    At least 8 years experience in First-hand knowledge of the mobile enterprise application market. Alternatively high-end enterprise software experience and a good understanding of the mobile enterprise application market.
    At least 2 years experience in products in the WebSphere Application Infrastructure.
